Toilet cassette incorrectly fitted. Unpleasant to deal with once we declined to purchase tickets to an event that the owner wanted to attend.

Brilliant. Vickie and Costa were amazing. We even needed to ask a question late on first night and Costa rang straight back to help. Clean and comfy van which made our break even better.
